Hemp Seed Oil Salad Dressing

    Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp hemp seed oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, mint, cilantro)

Procedure:

In a bowl, whisk together hemp seed oil, lemon juice, and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Toss your favorite salad greens and veggies with the dressing. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs.

Hemp Seed Oil Tofu Stir-Fry

    Ingredients:
  • 200g firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tbsp hemp seed oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger

  • Salt and pepper to taste
