and flavours. The hempseeds are then fed into a press machine that applies pressure at a
low temperature, typically around 45°C, to avoid damaging the oil’s nutritional properties.

Our labelling machine is an automatic labelling machine with a microcontroller-based
stepper system for applying the label on round PET bottles. We use a variety of label
materials including paper, PVC, and transparent labels. Our label roll diameter can be up to
280mm in outer diameter and 76mm in inner diameter, and our label height can be up to
130mm. With a speed of 50 to 60 ppm, our labelling machine is perfect for labelling a wide
range of products.
Filling
Our filling machine is designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes, whether you’re
a small start-up or a large corporation. Our semi-automatic two-head liquid filling machine is
the perfect solution for businesses that need to fill bottles with oil products. It is
pneumatic-based and comes with a hopper and additional nozzles. With a filling range of up
to 500ml, our machine is ideal for filling a wide range of bottle sizes. Our machine is also
equipped with anti-drip and spillage-free shut-off nozzles, ensuring that your product is filled
with precision and accuracy. Our stopper system is designed to accurately stop the bottles,
ensuring that each bottle is filled to the exact amount you require.

Once the seeds have been cleaned and dried, they will be sent for oil extraction. We single

Single-press cold-pressed oil is often considered a higher quality oil compared to oils

during extraction means that the oil is less likely to be degraded or contaminated.
After pressing, the oil is separated from the seed cake. The seed cake is a by-product ground
to make hemp flour.
Packaging
After the oil has been extracted, it is bottled and packaged in a clean and sterile
environment to ensure that it remains fresh and of the highest quality. Our packaging is
designed to protect the oil from light and air, which can degrade its quality over time.
